We have discovered that between April 15th and 25th, 2012, and it is likely in the weeks up to this time: that despite using: IT professionals, continuous testing, and conforming to the card industry standards PCI DSS, Quicks Online Shop users accounts and card details information were compromised in connection with an illegal and unauthorised intrusion into our web shop servers.

In response to this we have:
1. Removed all card information from our shop servers
2. Put in place a full security review and complete investigation into what happened.
3. Quickly taken steps to fix the problem, enhance security, and strengthen our web shop by rebuilding our system to provide greater security in the future.

Although we and our IT Specialists are still investigating, we believe that an unauthorised person has hacked our website and obtained the following information that you provided: Name, Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, Security CCV number, and email address. It is further possible that your login password, order history, and any delivery or alternative delivery address may have been obtained.

What You Should Do:
1. We strongly advise you to contact your card issuer straight away and cancel the card you used to pay us.
2. We advise you remain vigilant and to look carefully at your card statements.
3. We recommend you change your password on our site.
