AVA Archery Sessions
Archery bookings are working well, it has been about two and half months since shooting re-started post lock-down. To give you an idea of how it is working there have been 64 archers who have booked a total of 547 sessions at the time the data was pulled to the end of August 2020. There have been around 2028 available sessions so that’s an uptake of 27%.
The Archery GB / Club policy has not changed at this time, the club has provided hand sanitiser at all likely touch points, session booking remains in place, social distancing of 2m and targets remain the property of the archer for taking home and re-using once removed from the box. The field is as safe as the committee can instigate but it is a team effort to ensure we all remain safe.
If you see something you believe is unsafe, could be improved, encourage more archers to shoot or just lose an arrow please contact a member of the committee. The club would love to see you – safely of course.
Below are graphs showing booked sessions by day, distance and session time.
